"Young Holle", short for "Hollewood," was born in New York City and raised in Long Island. His inspiration rises from many genres of music from Hip Hop to Rock, Reggae, R&B, EDM, and many more. It was the inspiration, as well as the influence of his peers and surroundings, that led Holle to create his own music. He recorded his first song with his brother, on a karaoke machine, and made it to a professional studio by the young age of 16. Holle continues to fight for life in his pursuit toward success, in the independent music industry, determined to become the success he strives for.
If there is anything that bloggers and fans will agree on is that Holle has a voice that makes people stop and listen, but more importantly: demands to be heard. The sound of his naturally raspy voice, with melodic undertone, combined with a flashy, fun, as well as his cool and aggressive attitude, has allowed Holle to create a unique sound for himself. Holle is not limited to just being behind the microphone, he has an extensive resume of working behind the scenes, ranging from studio edits, mixes, masters as well as production. After years of creative trial and error, determined to find his niche in the music industry, Holle teamed up with Michael "Mills Fortune" Worthy, to form the independent phygital recording label known as SteadyHouse in February, 2009. The Hip-Hop duo put together 7 independent projects, including his solo #HOLLEdaySTYLE. Holle has performed in many venues and has participated in numerous showcases throughout New York City and Long Island. He has also appeared on internet blogs, such as House of Aura, and various internet and college radio stations, ranging over the east coast.
As SteadyHouse continues to make music, Holle focuses on making a bigger impact on the business side of the music industry; constructing his powerful debut EP along with two extremely talented producers known as The Melody Mob. Holle has music and music videos available on iTunes, Youtube, Soundcloud, and ReverbNation. His smash single "If You Only Knew" has made its way in rotation in the European market, with the likes of DJ 2Kind of Streetbeats radio. Holle is looking to be recognized as an international talent, and by the looks of things, this is only the beginning, so be sure to stay tuned...
